About Our Tools

TokPlex provides tools that access publicly available content. We do not host or store TikTok videos, stories, or images on our servers on a permanent basis; content is retrieved on demand from publicly accessible sources. If you believe your copyrighted work has been made accessible through our Website in a way that constitutes infringement, you may submit a DMCA notice as described below.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a notice of alleged infringement, please provide our Designated Agent with a written communication that includes substantially the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it (for example, the exact URL);
• Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

Counter-Notice

If you believe that material you posted or that was removed is not infringing, or that you have authorization to use it, you may send a counter-notice to our Designated Agent containing the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature;
• Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, the district where TokPlex may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to disable and/or terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.

Response Time

We aim to review and respond to all valid DMCA notices within a reasonable period, typically within a few business days of receipt.
